How the February 4-week Focus Challenge works:

  • You can learn in your own space at your own time. We'll record and post live Facebook videos each Monday at 8:30PM PST. Can't make it then? Don't fret!!! We'll email you the video and replay link to keep and replay as often as you like.
  • You can learn in your own style. There's the video tranings, accompanying worksheets, and community engagement  via the private Facebook group - pick the combination of learning which works best for you.
  • You can learn from a variety of teachers. In addition to Kyle's weekly tranings, there will be guest experts teaching each week on spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual health & well being topics specific to us hard-working, constantly on the go, busy ladies.

CURRICULUM: 

Week 1: Time Management Strategies (especially for hard-working moms!) 

Week 2: Balancing You + Home + Work (how to manage all our roles) 

Week 3: How to Increase Your Peace & Decrease Your Anxiety (on the daily) 

Week 4: Say Peace Out to Negative Self-Talk (transforming your thoughts) 

AND

Beyond: Included is a 1 on 1 personalized and laser-focused coaching session to customize your 2020 action plan
