Book Launch, Breathwork, & Babes - OH MY!

LET'S CELEBRATE, BREEEEEATHE, & SIMPLY BE TOGETHER!!! 🥳 

But first.....10.

10 is the number of friends it takes to give your well-being a boost. A recent survey found that having regular contact with 10 or more friends had a significant impact on an individual's happiness level. People who had fewer friends reported lower levels of happiness all-around. In addition to bettering your mood, having a robust social network is linked to all sorts of other positive health factors, including (but certainly not limited to!) a longer life. (Read more happiness increasing numbers here!)

Sooooo! I don't JUST want to celebrate. I don't JUST want to breathe. I don't JUST want to have a party.

I want to increase your JOY!!! And being together in a safe, encouraging space, intentionally awakening our joy is enough reason alone to have a get together, amIright?! 🎉

I can think of even more reasons to come together and hang...so, let's do it!!!

2. Chat about the basic joy-inducing concepts in my new book, Awaken Your Joy
3. Set some personal intentions in motion
4. Take a few moments to experience the healing power of (simple + fun!) breathwork
5. Reflect on our time together

👉 WHAT TO BRING / WEAR:

1. Yoga mat (or towel / blanket) to lay on for breathwork
2. Comfy clothes
3. A friend (or 2!)
4. An open mind

💪 Oh - and this is a "COME AS YOU ARE" gathering. So, bring your smiles, tears, beautiful messes, & all your years. Come prepared, even scared. Vaccinated or not, opinionated, & full of thought - we welcome you in ALL of your beauty here! 

⭐ And! Part of your ticket cost will be donated to Alabaster Jar Project, a non-profit I helped co-found in 2013 which serves women in San Diego in their transition out of human trafficking. It will go towards the purchase of a brand new home for women to continue their healing journey!!!
